All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Harmony Group. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
We currently deliver within Hong Kong. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we make every effort to deliver as close to the requested time as possible.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient. If unsuccessful, we may leave the arrangement in a safe place or return it to our shop.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if the requested flowers are unavailable. We will maintain the style and color scheme of the original arrangement.
If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem, which may include replacement or refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. However, we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Initial consultations are free. Subsequent consultations may be charged depending on the complexity of your event requirements.
For wedding and large event services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any amounts paid minus the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Harmony Group and protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Harmony Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
